I would like that as soon as the motion sensor triggers an automation the camera can start looking towards it, so it will follow immediately the intruder.

Hi,
This usage scenario can be achieved via the Smart Action>Automation feature.
How to create Smart Action (automation or a shortcut) of my Tapo devices?

For example, when you add a new automation entry, the Trigger is T100 detects a motion, and the Action is Tapo C210 rotates (Pan&Tilt) to a marked viewpoint.
