Model: Tapo C310
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.11

I recently purchased a set of tapo C310 cams.

When I installed the first one i updated it before blocking it's network access on the firewall the latest firmware was 1.3.9

I connected it to my network via ethernet, assigned it a static lease on my dhcp server and added it to my Qnap nas (qvr elite) using onvif s, which works fine.

Today i got around to installing the second one, I did the same only this one recieved the 1.3.11 FW.

The camera works fine but coupling it to my nas is not working all else being exactly the same (apart from their static ip ofcourse)

The camera is constantly cycling between (idle/connecting) in qvr.

Looking around the forums i see plenty of issues mentioning firmware 1.3.11

Is it possible to roll back the camera to 1.3.9?

  @Joepiler

Hi,
It's unable to roll back the camera's firmware to 1.3.9, however, we will help to solve the case based on the firmware version 1.3.11.

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to set up the ONVIF stream.
What can I do if fail to stream the Tapo camera via the RTSP/ONVIF protocol?

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.
1. The results of the above steps.
2. Collect the camera log if possible.
How to get the log of Tapo Camera?
3. Confirm the MAC address of your Tapo camera that has a problem, and send it to me(@Solla-topee) via a private message.

Best Regards
