Bonjour,

depuis 15 jours je reçois plus les notifications push sur mon iPhone alors que depuis 2 mois que j'ai la

camera Tapo C200 tout fonctionnait tres bien.

je n'ai rien changé, rien modifie je ne comprends pas.

y a t'il quelqu'un à qui s'est arrivé et qui peut m'aider svp?

Hi,

You can refer to the link below to troubleshoot if you can't receive notifications for the camera.

What to do if I can't receive notifications with the Tapo Cam or have a delayed notification?

 

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.

1. A picture of the camera's Device Settings>Detection page and Notifications page.

2. On the Tapo app>Home>Bell icon, tap your camera model and check if you can receive notifications on this page when the camera detects events.

3. The test results of the above troubleshooting tips.
