Is there a way of downloading multiple media files at once onto either the Phone memory or (better) directly to a PC or network store
Surely we don't have to remove the SD card, that's a primitive and risky strategy
Surely there's web or ftp access to the media
In a similar vein, can you bulk select files for deletion

1. It's unable to download multiple video recordings from the SD card simultaneously on the Tapo app. You can download the detection video clips one by one, or refer to the below instructions to download the continuous video recordings.

2. Usually, the downloaded video recordings are stored on your phone, and you can find them in the phone's Gallery. It's unable to download the video recordings from the Tapo app to a PC or network store directly.
3. The Tapo camera does not support the feature to bulk select files for deletion. However, you can go to the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Local Storage page and tap Format microSD Card to delete all video recordings.
