@David-TP Hi, First would like to say sorry for my english. I'm french.
I bought a X50-5G for my mother end of october. I dont have direct access to the device but i help her using remote access on app.
We had no problem during one month then the new firmware has been suggested from the app last week.
We decided to install it.
After two days, the google tv which are Xiaomi Mi Box (2 devices) shown the message Limited connection on wifi setting. We have had 4g router Huawei B715 over 5 years and we never had any issue. Some users suggest to change date and time. I did this change but issue come again. Time zone on the app is correct. I decided to disable Beamforming and mesh on deco app but issue remains.
It seems that this issue is coming with the new firmware.
Mobile ISP profile is as follow : IPV4 & static
Do you have any suggestion to solve it ?
We paid for a device with technologies but we need to disable all settings. That's a mess...
Please fix all issues then release a correction.
Thank you in advance.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.
Could you please also help me check the CPU Usage on the Deco APP under Deco APP>More>System? Would it stay at 100% most of the time?
Apart from Google TV/Xiaomi Mi Box, Did other mobile devices have similar issues of reporting limited connection?
Here are some suggestions for your reference:
1. set "Address Reservation" for the Mi Box.
2. Please also restart the Mi Box once.
3. Please refer to Xiaomi Mi TV Box: Connected to WiFi But No Internet? - Fixed! to see whether correcting the date and time on the Mi Box helps.
Best regards.

@David-TP Hi David, thanks for your prompt reply. I did not notice that cpu is at 100%. I checked this point and it was always good. Others devices work well without connection issue. I added the IP reservation as you suggest. I will revert back to you here in case Limited connection appears again on xaiomi mi box tv. I also changed DHCP for Google DNS in lan setting since issue is with google tv and some user recommand to use their DNS . Thanks again for your response and I hope that everything will be ok from now with X50-5G and mesh system (+ 2 deco x55).

@David-TP The firmware has now apparently been removed. What is the reason for that?

Dear David, do you know if this beta also includes the "band lock" firmware?
Fyi, the devs contacted me a few weeks ago and provided to me a beta version of the 1.2.0 firmware which properly locks the bands and works as expected (as per my suggestions/requests here---> https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/706162?replyId=1439534 ).
If I install the 1.2.1 beta firmware, will I lose this band lock functionality?

@David-TP Thank you. The CPU load is now down to around 15% while it was 80%+ on the last one.

@David-TP Installed it just now and within 1-2 hours CPU usage is still very high but I will let it stabilise for the next few days and report back.

Hi, Thanks for the update.
By the way, please make sure the beta firmware you have installed is the buile1217 here, not the 1203 I sent earlier.
