My internet services are through Tombigbee. I try to look into all of the devices connected to my wifi to remove and make internet services faster. 

I have previously created TP-Link ID and password but it won't let me access any further and asks for default login password (which should be the original password on the label) but doesn't match; I have also tried the "admin" default, which also does not work. 

If I reset the device, will it disconnect my internet services provided through Tombigbee? I would like to know before I reset and cannot reconnect to my internet services I pay for through Tombigbee. 

Someone please help me.
