@bengmau Thank you for getting back.

I'm a little confused by this sentence: "However my kids and I have not noticed any degradation of the WIFI or LAN where the satellite router." Could you please clarify? Previously, you mentioned that the connection is very unstable, and it is according to the LED status on the AX90.

When the LED on the AX90 is cycling between red and blue, does it display online or offline on the BE550's page? What is the EasyMesh status? Does it display a WiFi icon or an Ethernet icon?

If possible, please try moving the BE550 and the AX90 closer to each other and using a shorter cable. Then, monitor if you can achieve a more stable connection via EasyMesh.

I cannot directly login to the ax90 and can only see/control from the be550

You cannot manage the AX90 via the web management page at this time.

while cycling between red and blue status light on the AX90 the BE550 admin status shows the AX90 as:

Online with Ethernet Backhaul connection.

However at this time there is no poor connection or issue with the WIFI connection or performance of the AX90 it's just flashing between red and blue indicating some issue but we don't notice anything yet.

usually if I do not reboot with cycling red/blue the wifi will eventually become unstable on the ax90 satellite router  At this point I will remote reboot the router with the reboot command like in the screenshot  (middle icon) and the router will reboot and stay blue for say 1.5 months and the same will occur eventually and require a reboot.

I just upgraded to this beta version and now it's nonstop timing out after 30-60 minutes.  Only a reboot fixes it. I have a very small  home network of about 30 devices on it and wifi is disabled and I'm using unifi aps. I have 1 unmanaged switch connected and nothing else. I've used this product for years with no issues.  This Beta version is TRASH!! I'm absolutely livid how bad tplink developers screwed this firmware up and I have no way to revert back. I've already reset to factory and restored from backup and still NO GO!! I need a fix YESTERDAY. This is unacceptable.

If this provided beta firmware doesn't work well in your network and device, please revert it back by following this guide:

I've been having issues with the firmware and lost the backup config file. Trying the steps in that unbrick guide to downgrade don't work at all as the AX90 won't go into recovery/rescue mode with this new firmware.

I don't know what to do now. It's causing the router to overheat and crash constantly and becoming unusable...

Can you please provide the detailed network topology? Is the AX90 the main EasyMesh router?

If you don't want to continue using this 1.2.0 beta firmware, you may contact our technical support via email to request downgrading to the previous 1.1.13 official version.

I tried to call and was on hold for over 30 mins. How about you share the firmware here as my router is now bricked and it's nonsense I have to call support to fix this...

I currently don't have another firmware to recover the device.

When you mentioned the router is bricked, is it completely dead, with no lights at all? Or is it powered on, you can access recovery mode, but you fail to install the firmware?
