Hello,
I have two cameras C100 and C210, both are well connected and accessible at home with phone (same wifi).
Outdoor only the C210 runs. The C100 is offline.
I check my router. All are seem ok. Some ideas.

What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
If the problem remains, please confirm:
1. The LED status on the Tapo C100.
2. You can try to factory reset and reconfigure the Tapo C100.
3. Please send me(@Solla-topee) the Tapo C100 and C210's MAC address via a private message.
