Firmware Version: Not known

Connection by ethernet works good. When I try to connect by wfi, there is no CAM... SSID in my Android tablet's settings. Tablet Bluetooth does not find camera. No ip address is assigned by router. All other wifi devices work OK. Any ideas?

Hi,
The same problem is reported on this thread, if you have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and the camera still has the same issue, it's suggested to contact your retailer or local team to check if your camera is under warranty.
