Thank you for the offer. I am capable of setting a IP reservation myself. But since the installed router, which also serves as the DHCP Server, is ISP controlled and the GUI not even accessible from inside the network, I am not able to do that. My only option is to start a huge set of communications with my ISP technical support every time I need them to add or edit a IP reservation. 
 

Due to not having an DSL, fibre, or cable supply but a radio link ISP they cannot give me access to their router. I also thought about setting my own second layer router as a different subnet but that would overcomplicate everything else with my already arranged port forwarding in the ISP router.

Setting up my own DHCP instead is also not an option due to impacting the whole network in case of a failure. I am only on site a couple of weeks per year. That might result in the whole network failing and not being operational for almost a year of time in case of a defect in my DHCP hardware.

Static IP is the most basic and simple approach.

Hoping for the Firmware to be released soon. Otherwise I will have to get other cameras for my next visit. The newly installed cameras wont be recording on my NVR until then.
