Camera does not return to the same position after detectin motion: it keeps getting lower.

As the title say: every time the camera detect a motion where it moves vertically, it doesnt return to the same position on Y axis (only on X axis), but it keeps getting lower.
The camera keeps getting lower and lower until i only see the floor of my garden.
When i try to return manually to the same vertical position after a few detections, the camera says that it reached the upper limit which is not true.
The only solution is restart the camera or correct pan/tilt in the settings.
Keep in mind this is the second camera i buy with this problem, i returned the first one and this one still has the same problem (unbelievable).
The first camera was a tapo C510W.
I can return this one too, but i have already 2 tapos: one internal and another C500 (but V1) external.
I like the app and all and i would not like to change camera brand.
The C500 V1 has always worked perfectly.
So what is going on here? It is a software or hardware problem? Should i return this one too?
The only other solution is disable the motion tracking which is quite frankly annoying: i've bought a moving camera, i want a moving camera.

Hi,
For the phenomenon that your camera can't return to the original position(original position offset) after tracking, you can refer to the following instructions for further assistance.
What to do if the Tapo Pan/Tilt camera can't return to its original position properly after tracking

Hi,
If your camera detects events outside the detection zone, please confirm the following information.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, check the enabled detection types and the corresponding sensitivity value.
2. Send us a screenshot of the detection zone page.
3. Send us a video showing that the movement outside the detection zone is detected.
4. What's your camera's model number, firmware, and hardware version?
You can upload the video and screenshot to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
Best Regards
