C520WS motion detection does not work on the nas server

motion detection does work in the tapo app. But the Asustor NAS server does not have motion detection. Recording is only possible with continuous recording. is there a firmware update for the camera

We have a new firmware that may solve the issue, please send me(@Solla-topee) "Forum ID 742952 + Tapo C520WS's MAC address" via a private message if you want to try the firmware.
Before the Upgrade:
(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
(2) How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App

Hi , read your posts . I have the same camera (C520WS) and trying to connect it to my Asustor NAS Surveillance center using my camera account user/password
Asssustor detect and find the camera but fails to connect. Did you solve the problem? if so can you help me ?

Hi, I couldn't get the system to work. When I installed the firmware update that was distributed to me, the motion notifications in the TAPO program no longer worked and I couldn't connect to the camera on the NAS server. The NAS finds the camera but can't connect. I only use the TAPO program, unfortunately.
