Modifications and Bug Fixes:
- Added ECO Mode V1.
- Added Camera Security feature.
- Added Wi-Fi Access Control feature to support whitelist and blacklist.
- Supported KLAP protocol for managing Tapo devices under SmartHome.
- Supported Portal authentication for Guest Network.
- Supported detection of Ethernet backhaul link speed.
- Supported Firmware auto-update.
- Supported for enabling the 5GHz_2 frequency band.
- Fixed the issue that the satellite Decos may display offline when there are some Tapo devices in the network.

Note:
1. The 1.4.0 can't directly revert to the last 1.2.7 version via web UI and a firmware recovery is needed. -How to Downgrade Deco

@David-TP I'm talking about the 1.4.0 firmware — it's missing features like 'client speed limit' and 'Hybrid-Mesh Backup.' Also, I bought the HX710 Pro from the local market because I value its performance and wanted to try out Easy Mesh.
