Hi,
Typically, the Tapo camera's Detection zone won't disappear automatically. If your Tapo C320WS's detection zone always disappears, please confirm the following information.
1. Please ensure the camera's firmware and the Tapo app are up to date. If not, update the firmware or the Tapo app for a try.
2. Please go to the Tapo app > Cameras tab > Home/ Away mode to check if your camera is listed. If so, check your camera's detection settings in Home/Away mode and check if there are detection zones configured.
If you apply the Home/Away mode to your camera but there is no detection zone configured, you will see the detection zone disappear after applying the Home/Away mode settings to your camera.
