I need to recording the video to the NAS (DYI PC some software recommendation is appreciated) and some how access live feed on all camera no matter which wifi im on or at least from router 1 from my phone or pc. can i have not a step by step but a general guide on which IP forwarding from which router and such to set this up

Are the cameras all Tapo C410? Tapo C410 is a battery-powered camera, it does not support RTSP/ONVIF.
