Hi all,

Hope you are having a great day!

These Cameras have a problem with "Network Settings" functionality, it basically is set to "On" with specific settings, and I'm unable to turn it off by toggling off and saving. When restarted, they stay the same "On" with specific settings:

Tapo C100 Camera with Hardware Version: V4 and Firmware:  1.4.0 Build 241205 Rel.36735n

&

Tapo C200 Camera with Hardware Version: V3 and Firmware: 1.4.1 Build 241212 Rel.42617n

Thanks in advance!

  @Solla-topee
Thank You, I've checked out the article and sent the DM needed.

I just have one more question:
I have another Tapo C200 with Hardware version: V5 , and Firmware: 1.1.4 Build 241219 Rel.57752n that doesn't automatically enable the "Static IP" option. Why is that?

  @Ephraim

Hi,
Are your three cameras connected to a third-party app via RTSP/Onvif connection?
Best Regards
