C500 lost wifi
Bom dia.
Tenho 2 tapo C500. Sempre com actualizacoes de firmware efectuadas. Uma delas ficou offline e nao havia forma de se conectar à rede. Fiz um reset à câmara. Ficou com luz vermelho/verde a piscar mas nao me aparece a rede wifi da camera para a conseguir reconfigurar de novo.
Como posso resolver?

What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
1. Try to reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds, then send us the LED changes on the camera.
2. Try to find the default SSID on different phones or laptops and check if you can see it.
3. Turn off the VPN, antivirus program, or firewall program on your phone if there is one.

Thw reset you said on #1 didn't work.
The led is green/ambar/green/ambar blinking.
I can't see the ssid on my phone and anothers phones in house.
I don't use any VPN

Hi,
If the camera's LED flashes green and amber all the time when you reset it and does not change to other states, please try the following steps.
1. Turn off the camera, wait for two minutes, and remove the SD card from the camera if there is one.
2. Turn on the camera with the original power adapter and wait for another two minutes.
3. Try to press the reset button for 10 seconds again.
If the problem remains, you can contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.

If the same phenomenon persists, please describe the phenomenon you encounter in detail. For example, what's the model number of your camera? What's the LED status on it? What error message appears when you configure the camera? What troubleshooting have you done already?
