@Kevin_Z I found I'm able to login into the router settings via (http://tplinkwifi.net) ONLY on desktop as on mobile is still doing the same thing as before, however I am always welcome with this message. Also I am now aware that the mobile app is "entering" but apparently it's not working properly (Connected devices does not update, not realtime bandwidth usage, etc.). I'm trying to attach the video file showing the login error but this webpage tells "Failed to upload"
Tested WiFi with another Samsung S25 Ultra from a friend and issue also happens, don't know if the issue is tied to that specific chipset or something.

@Kevin_Z Login issue is still happening on new beta.
Also new AI feature got my connection extremely slow, almost unresponsive until I turned off the new QoS option, tried renewing the dynamic IP from ISP router and that didn't help, maybe restarting both devices would help, will try later.

After updating to firmware 1.1.8 on my GE800, the router reboots itself. It seems like it didn't happen with version 1.1.6, so it's a new issue. So I rolled back to version 1.1.6.

Kevin: Does this login failure only occur on the two Samsung phones? Can you log into the web interface page via the router's IP address? If it still fails, please ensure the phone is connected to the GE800 successfully, without a VPN. It's also suggested to clear the cache on the phone, as shown in this video.
Please email the configuration file for your GE800 to support.forum@tp-link.com for further investigation, if possible.

Kevin: Regarding the new AI QoS concern, since this is a new feature implemented on the new firmware, we may want to know more details about the issue you're experiencing, and we hope you could help recall:
1. How did you configure the AI QoS on the GE800? Just enabling it, and the speed becomes slow?
2. How many devices are affected? Are all devices connected to the GE800 wirelessly, or are both wired and wireless clients affected? What are they?
3. When mentioning "connection extremely slow", does it mean the pages are opening slower than before, or you're using a speed test and the testing result is slower than before? Have you tried adding the device to the Device List to prioritize and accelerate the speed?
Thank you very much for your feedback.

@ABC_ChoCo Could you please provide more details about the auto-reboot issue? Does it occur at a specific time or was it a random occurrence? And what was the frequency of it? We would much appreciate it if you could provide more details. Thank you.

@Kevin_Z It was a random occurrence. After installing the firmware, it rebooted more than twice within two days. I think there was something incompatible with the TBE550E wireless LAN card. When I pressed the connect button, the router rebooted.
Rolling back to pre-release firmware version 1.1.6 made it work stably again.

@ABC_ChoCo Which button did you press? On the GE800 or the TBE550E?
When you found that the GE800 reboots itself, what is the LED status? Were there no devices that could detect a valid connection at that time?
