Every time when I want to use the voice call, thw camera will crash and restart. However, other functions work well.
Before I put a SD card into the camera, the voice call worked. I have no idea if the hardware part is broken.

1. What are the firmware and hardware versions of your Tapo C220?
2. Please check your phone's model number & OS version and the Tapo app version.
3. If you remove the SD card from the camera, will the voice call work？
4. How do you confirm the camera crashes and restarts when using the voice call? What are the LED status changes on the camera when the issue happens?
