Model: Tapo C210
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: unknown

Hello, I also have a tapo c210, now the red light is flashing, and the two infrared LED lights next to it are on, I also tried to restore the original factory settings of your official camera, but the original factory settings cannot be restored, the situation is still the same.

But because the warranty period of tapo c210 has expired,   I want to upgrade the firmware via SD card, can you provide the firmware?

Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, we cannot provide the camera's firmware, nor can we provide guidance for non-official upgrade methods.
In your situation, you can power off the camera and then power it back on. Press the reset button for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset, and check if this helps. If the problem persists, you can purchase a new camera.
Best Regards
