Since the last Firmwareupdate my camera doesnt record anymore and has become usless.

It worked for a year and more before.

I need to format the SD Card from Sandisk and it doesnt let me initalize, it just stays by 0%.

I looked it up on google/yt and many have the same problem.

I also tried to format the card through my DSLR Camera through my PC but no success when i plug it back into the Tapocam.

I refuse to buy another card since it worked before hand.

What can i do?

What should I do if the SD card cannot be formatted/recognized?

If the problem persists, please confirm the following information.
1. What's your SD card's model number and capacity?
2. Please refer to the instructions below to test the card with third-party software, such as H2testW, and then send us a picture of the test result.
