Unable to stream C211 in VLC. Every time to hit play after entering the URL and ID and Password, it throws error.

 

Your input can't be opened:

VLC is unable to open the MRL 'rtsp://IP Address stream%201'. Check the log for details. 

 

I prefer VLC over complicated IP cam apps.

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to establish the RTSP/Onvif connection.
What can I do if fail to stream the Tapo camera via the RTSP/ONVIF protocol?

Is there any special character in the camera ID or PW that cannot be handled by VLC?

mobile Internet accept by camera but local Wi-Fi issue.
