C210 infrared sensor blinking/clicking sound

My camera goes offline, and when I check, the infrared sensor/light blinks with a clicking sound. I tried resetting it, which worked for a couple of seconds, but the problem has returned again, and the issue is still persistent.
I have seen a thread that looks like the same issue.

* I am streaming the camera via the Tapo app locally.
* When the camera is offline, I am connected to the same wifi network as the camera. For the LED status, there aren't any indicators. No red or green blinking light. Only the infrared sensor/light is blinking with a clicking sound. Network is fine , i am using other devices in the same local network .
* I tried rebooting it by unplugging the power supply and I tried to reset but i can't reset the camera too. Nothing happens even if I press the reset button as long as I could.
* The camera is not that far from the router. Probably within 3 meters.
