Hi, please help me with my problem regarding tapo c200, camera is not detecting 2.4ghz, but our 2.4ghz is working and its reflecting to other devices. I can't use the cctv as of the moment because of this problem. I tried everything, changing its channel, renaming the SSID, rebooting the modem, reseting the wifi but the problem is still the same. Hope you can help me with this. Thank you!

1. Can the camera detect other Wi-Fi networks during configuration when it can't detect your home Wi-Fi?
2. If your 2.4G Wi-Fi name and password include special characters, please change them for a try.
3. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up successfully.
