Poor Camera Audio Quality
I purchased a couple of C220 cameras several months back but returned due to poor audio quality.
Gave it a few months in the hope that the audio issues had been resolved and purchased 2 x c460 and 1 x c410 sadly the issues are still there.
We have tried all the fixes suggested eg camera position etc but the audio is next to useless.
There are some suggestions that a firmware update date will fix this but with so many people complaining about the poor audio quality of the cameras after updating the firmware fix and the firmware update not working suggest that if a firmware update is available that would work, why have TAPO not rolled out the firmware in an update.
I was considering buying another two c460 and upto 10 x c220 plus a hub but as the quality of the camera audio has not resolved I have put this on hold.
So many customers have commented about the poor audio quality of tapo cameras, why has tapo management not identified this as a major issue that needs resolving urgently, unless it's an inherent unfixable problem.
Can anybody forum users confirm if they have good audio and if so what firmware version they are using.
Tapo can you say when will you be correcting you camera audio problem and do you have a timeline? Do you have a fix that works?
