Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version:

Pour l'installation, le modem routeur bien sélectionné, le mot de passe bien rentré mais il refuse la connexion soit pour être très éloigné, ce qui est faux, soit mauvais mot de passe passe, vérifie plusieurs fois.... Je suis bloqué

Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to set up your camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

If the camera still can't be configured successfully, please confirm the following information.
  1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting to the router's Wi-Fi?
  2. Is your camera connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly rather than an AP/RE?
  3. Please move the camera close to the router, press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then, reconfigure the camera when it has a flashing red and green light, ensure you have entered the correct Wi-Fi password, and test if you can set it up successfully: How to set up the Tapo camera
  4. If it failed, send us a picture of the error message that appears during the setup process.

You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up.

Best Regards
