Hello, 

I recently bought a C500 and it's working fine other than I can't seem to update to the latest firmware, it updated to 1.0.4 but fails each time I try to update it to the latest version which I believe is 1.1.2, I've tried multiple things

Reinstalling the app, removing the SD card, making sure it's got a strong wifi connection , stable wifi

The camera is working just fine other than this issue , I haven't tried resetting it tho.
