Hi, have you tried to factory reset TL-MR6400_V5.3 by holding the reset pinhole for about 10 seconds?

After TL-MR6400(EU)_V5.30_1.5.0 Build 221121, I saw there are two newer firmware versions. Have you tried to update to the latest TL-MR6400(EU)_V5.30_240716:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/tl-mr6400/v5.30/#Firmware

By the way, may I know how long you have had the TL-MR6400?

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

Hi, thanks for the update.

It is very likely that there is something wrong with the hardware.

It is suggested to contact the local retailer to see whether the device is under warranty.

Best regards.
