Fog/condensation inside camera lens

Model: Tapo C325WB

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: EU

Today I installed new C325WB V1 which I have ordered from Amazon and installed by Urban Comapny executive but the visuals are not clear, it looks bit whitish or foggy.

Picture quality is not clear as I can see in some other youtube videos or reviews.

Camera lens is cleaned from outside but it seems like inside it is having fog or condensation.

Does anybody know any troubleshooting for this or what to be done in this case?

Shall I return or excahnge the camera?

Hi,
Please confirm the following information about the reported phenomenon.
1. What's the ambient temperature at the camera's installation location? Has it rained continuously recently in the area where the camera is installed?
2. Has this phenomenon occurred since the camera was installed?
3. Can you place the camera in a dry environment for some time, such as three days, to see if the same phenomenon persists?
