Recently IR blaster not working on Auto and Manual modes. Please help out to fix this.

Hi,
Please provide the following information about the reported phenomenon.


  1. When you select the Night mode on the camera's Live View page, does the IR LED not turn on?
  2. If the IR LED is turned on, what phenomenon did you encounter, so that you thought the camera's night mode was not working?
  3. After the Night mode is selected, please send us the screenshots of the camera's Live View page in bright and dark conditions.

While switching to Night mode, the IR LED was not turned on.
I tried both Manual and Auto modes to check the Night vision.
FYI:  I'm using the latest Firmware 1.4.1
Here's the latest image took recently.
Please help me out rersolve this issue and facing this for a long time.

Also I rebooted now and now it's working as expected.

But, I'm facing this issue multiple times for a long time. Is this a hardware issue or will be fixed by an update.

I'm not sure how long it will work fine.

Plz help

Hi,  
If the camera is working as expected, you can keep monitoring it for a while and check whether it continues to work.

 

By the way, is the IR LED on when the camera is in Night mode now? If the camera works after a reboot, you may go to the camera's Device Settings > Reboot Camera page to enable the Auto Reboot feature and test if the camera will work fine then.
