@Solla-topee I updated one of my cameras to this version and it made me reformat my SD card which wiped all of the footage. Was this intentional?
I also tried rebooting it several times but it did not resolve the issue. I was forced to reformat the SD card in the end.

Hi,
Typically, updating the Tapo C225 V1's firmware to version 1.1.3 won't cause the SD card to be formatted. It's currently hard to determine the cause of the reported phenomenon. You may pay attention to the following information if the same case occurs.
1. Please refer to the following instructions to collect the camera log. If the same case occurs, you can connect the SD card to your PC, save the camera log and important video clips on your PC before formatting it.
How to get the log of Tapo Camera
2. Take a screenshot of the prompt in the Tapo app that asks you to format the SD card.
3. Try rebooting the camera in the Tapo app, removing the SD card from the camera, and inserting it (you may try this 2-3 times), and check if the SD card works fine.

@dococt Hi, This happened to me as well. Two of my C225 asked to reformat SD Card after auto-update to this firmware version. Both of memory cards are not damaged, the footages are still there. I tried to reboot as well. Won't help neither.
