The Tapo C410 KIT only works when motion is detected. It only gives me about 2 minutes to check the recorded video, after which it disconnects completely and I cannot view the live feed.
Please share more details of your case. What's the LED status of the camera? When it 'disconnects', does it show as offline in the app, or does the live stream (and playback) fail to load? What error did you receive?
