Hi,
If the Tapo C310 displays offline in the Tapo app at all times, you can try the following steps:
  1. Ensure your router is working.
  2. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it. Wait for two minutes.
  3. If the LED is flashing red and green, try to reconfigure the camera to make it work.
