Even though loop recording is enabled, your Tapo C200 stops recording when the SD card is full. You also get a “reinitialize memory card” popup, which prompts you to format the card.

1. What's your camera's firmware and hardware version?
2. What's the model number and capacity of your SD card? Please follow the instructions below to test your SD card, and send us a screenshot of the test results.

3. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Local Storage page and send us a screenshot of it.
4. Do you have another SD card? If so, please insert it into the camera and check if the same phenomenon occurs.
