I have a NX510v that appears to be an ex-ISP unit and I want to upgrade the firmware.

I can't seem to put it into recovery mode and there are no UI options for upgrading manually. How can I force it to upgrade to a newer version?

Ideally I'd like to find out the sequence for forcing it into recovery mode. The item was sold unlocked by a store but the ISP doesn't want to know about it.

Or is there a chance that the Aginet app will be able to upgrade the firmware when the next version is made available OTA?

I have the 5G disconnection issue but otherwise it's a very good modem/router for me.
