Motor sound ?
Hi there,
Today I have installed my second Tapo C660 solar kit camera.
I have noticed - just on this one - when I tap on pan/tilt button a sound - apparently from the motor - shows up while performing the movement.
Haven't checked what does it occur next to the camera; yet. Just seen it through video.
Is this a normal task that can happen ?
In my other set, no sound is heard.
Will appreciate any help/advise

Thank you for the video provided. On the camera's Live View page, please set the microphone volume to a low level, and then check if the same phenomenon occurs.
If so, you can contact your retailer or our technical support team to check if the camera is under warranty.

1. Please ensure there are no foreign objects on the camera and that it is placed in an open space.
2. Would you please send us a video showing the sound you heard for analysis? You can record a video from the camera's live view page when panning or tilting the camera. Then download it to your phone and upload it to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
