Recently removed my cameras closer to the WI-FI, now having trouble reconnecting them to a new WI-FI connection. Device is not discoverable on multiple devices. Did a reset and still not working. Please assist

Hi, 
You can try the following steps and see if they help.


  1. Turn off your camera, and remove the SD card from it if there is one. Turn the camera back on with the original power adapter and cord.
  2. Wait for two minutes, press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then, check the LED status on the camera. 
  3. If the LED is flashing red and green, you can try to reconfigure the camera in the Tapo app: How to set up the Tapo camera 
  4. If the camera's default SSID still does not appear on your phone and other devices(such as tablets or laptops), you can contact your retailer or the local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.
