Hi,
Firmware v1.3.1 was not developed in response to your issue; it may not help in your case. Please try setting the Deco BE65 that connects directly to the router as the main Deco, and then test whether this helps. If not, please feel free to reply to me.

Hi,
Please provide more details about the disconnect phenomenon for analysis.
1. What's the model number of your Deco? How many Deco units do you have?
2. Please describe your network diagram, such as internet cable--main deco ))(( satellite deco, etc.
3. When the disconnect issue occurs, what's the LED status on the Deco nodes? Do all client devices lose internet connectivity even when connected to the Deco's Wi-Fi? Do they return to normal automatically?
4. How often does the disconnect issue occur?

My model is BE65. I have two BE65 routers connected to my modem. Since updating to version 1.30, I've seen a red light on the Wi-Fi indicator in the morning, which then returns to normal after a while. When the light is red, there is no Wi-Fi, but when I checked my modem, it was working fine. The other Wi-Fi router downstairs is still connected. Isn't this a bug?

Hi,
Based on your description, I guess your topology might be Internet cable —modem — downstairs main Deco))((RE Deco, and the satellite Deco is unstable. If so, you can follow the instructions below to troubleshoot.

If not, please describe your network diagram. Does Deco work in Router mode? You can also try swapping the two Deco nodes' locations, set another Deco as the main Deco, and check if the issue follows the specific Deco or location.

I'm trying to figure out a solution, because this has never happened before; the problem only appeared after updating to this version. I'm testing from various sources, and I'm also using AP mode.
