Overexposed scan camera photos and videos
I have contacted Tapo support and what they get back to me has NOTHING to do with the Scan camera photos and videos being so overexposed i can barely make out any details. Ai is a big joke !

1. What's your camera's model number, hardware, and firmware version?
2. Is the camera installed behind a window?
3. Please send us a picture of the camera's Live View page or a video showing the reported phenomenon for analysis. You can upload the video and picture to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
