Hi,

 

i recently bought a C665G kit, installed quickly and having same issue since the install:

 

when the cam detects it makes a recording that can be viewed in the playback section.

The mini picture is good but it plays back a video from a few recordings away...

I already tried formatting the micro sd card but doesn't solve the issue, the sd card is far from being full (512mo/128go)

My micro sd card is the same i have on other tapo cams and it works well.

micro sd card sandisk ultra 128go

 

I will try another sd card but is there something i missed?

Hi,
Please provide the following information for the reported phenomenon for further analysis.


  1. Do you mean when going to the camera's Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page, the thumbnails under the timeline are displayed correctly, but the played video is not the correct one after tapping a thumbnail? If so, can you send us a picture or a video showing the reported phenomenon?

 

You can upload the picture or video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
 

  2. Please refer to the instructions below to view camera SD card recordings on a PC. Usually, the .mp4 file's name corresponds to the video's start time. Please try playing an .mp4 file on your PC and check if the date and time are correct.
