Turn off Night mode
How do you turn night mode off, as it is just reflects and glares off the window? Tia

Hi,
You can go to the Tapo app > camera's Live View page to change the video mode to Day mode, and the IR LED on the camera will turn off. However, if the camera is in a dark environment, the camera's live view page may display a black image.
Please note that we do not recommend placing the camera behind a window, as the IR LED (infrared light) may cause reflections when the camera is in Night mode, resulting in blurry images and hindering timely detection of moving objects.
How to position my TP-Link camera for optimal performance?
If you want to monitor the outside environment, an outdoor camera might suit you.
