You can refer to the instructions below to set up the Deco X20-4G.
How to Set Up a 4G/5G Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi Router (Take Deco X50-5G as an Example)
 

If you fail to set up the Deco, refer to this post to troubleshoot.
