Hello, I bought this modem used from a seller who assured me it was fully functional and not an "FWA" unit (meaning it was unlocked). He also mentioned having reset the modem and upgraded the firmware—and suggested that this update might be the cause of the connection issues. Is it possible to get the previous firmware version? I’ve tested the modem with Vodafone and Iliad SIM cards; they connect but don't allow internet access, whereas everything works perfectly on my mobile phone. 
The current firmware is NE211_1.0_TI_20260410, but the text "FIRMWARE BETA COPYRIGHT 2024" appears.

 

I hope for a solution.

Hi,
The NE211-Outdoor is a customized 5G router for local Service Providers. If there is no internet connection when connecting to the router, refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do when TP-Link Customized 4G/5G LTE Router is not connecting to the Internet？
 

I am not sure where the beta firmware currently running on the router was obtained. Please send me the model and version details found on the label at the bottom of the router; I'll then consult the case with the relevant team to see if it is possible to downgrade to the official firmware.
