TD-W8950N - ATM and ETH at the same time

Hi everyone,
I'm using ADSL router TP-Link TD-W8950N, and I have read that, it ist possible to configure 3th ethernet port as WAN-port and connect there external DSL-modem. I am curious, if it is possible to use both interfaces at the same time - internal (build-in) modem and the external modem connected to 3rd ethernet port(WAN) like in routers which has dual-WAN function (for example Failover or Load Balance mode)? Of course in case, when I can use two ISP providers.
