Currently, It is unlikely for Deco to support customizing the wireless channels.

For the "Network Optimization" Schedule, this feature request is still under evaluation.

Have you tried to set a daily "Reboot Schedule" on the Deco M5? After reboot, the Mesh system will also re-analyze the current wireless situation and decide whether to switch to a different channel.
