Camera seems to be operating but it's not giving me any video feed in the app. I have updated all firmware and app version. Even deleted and reinstalled the app. Display just goes to 'tap to refresh'

Salve volevo sapere perché quando avvio una registrazione e esco dall'app mi finisce di registrare.... E' possibile quando si esce dall'app non chiudendo l'app di continuare la registrazione? Grazie
