Changing wifi name on Tapo C200 after initial setup
I successfully set up my camera with my wifi network.
I now want to move it to a different network, but clicking on the wifi name within the camera settings does not let me change it.
Is the only option to reset? If so, how do I best preserve my settings.

Hello everyone,
After changing the home Wi-Fi name and password, you might need to reset the camera and set it up with the new Wi-Fi
You will need to perform a soft reset or factory reset so the camera will goes to config mode
Please refer to the following steps:
- Reset the Tapo camera as guide here How to reset my Tapo camera
- Set up the camera again on the Tapo APP:How to set up the Tapo camera
Note : Some tapo camera now supports a soft reset, you could refer to the camera user guide for details, e.g, Tapo C310 User Guide
A soft reset that does not erase the other settings, while you will need to go through the setup process again and connect the new Wi-Fi network
Thank you very much.

Hello, reset is the only option; and after we hard reset it, we need to configure it again, there is no option to backup the previous settings.

Got it, while it is fortunate that the configuration is easy and you won't have to spend more time to restore the settings.

Hello.
My camera for some reason after RESET connects back to wifi by itself even without phone or Tapo launched.
Does not appears in Tapo app :( Looks like RESET does not clear wifi settings.
Anything else I can do?
