@E317104

Good day.

Sorry for the delay.

Did you mean that the base plate was fixed to the wall without the screws? If yes, how did you fix the base plate?

And Can I have a picture of the current installation?

Moreover, the attached picture for your reference;

Thank you very much.

I had the same problem, but luckily I hadn't mounted it on the wall yet!
I propose a solution with minimal damage to the camera (but I do not take any responsibility for any damages)
because the solution already presented does not specify how many DIN strength correspond to "vigorously"!
In addition, taking into account the round and narrow shape of the camera's floor,
it is not possible to overcome the bit (bug) without detach it with a screwdriver!

You only need to drill 2 holes of 2 ~ 3 mm  diameter, to pass a screwdriver trough each one.

Be careful with the power cable (disconnect power). I think it is the only component in this space.

The exact position of the holes is described in the image.
After removing the camera, do not forget to make a ramp on the other side of the locking bit so that it is possible to move in both directions.

Good luck

@sae24

Is the camera mounted to the wall? If it is not mounted to anything yet but you screwed it up to the base plate, you will need to screw it off in the opposite direction vigorously.

Best Regards.

@Solla-topee

If it's mounted in the wall then what should I do?

Basically I locked the camera into the base for test and now I can't unlock/unmount it.

Hey, Did you mount it through the base plate to the wall, if yes, the solution is the same: screw it off in the opposite direction vigorously of the base plate; then camera will be removed from the base plate; Thank you.

@Nayeem_Khan same dilemma here. I f*cked up by testing the base plate without putting the screw first.

@E317104

Good sense ! We must test before, because some providers sail products without testing, and the customer suffers twice :

1 - with the problem.

2-  with the support solution.

To free the base plate from the cam floor, I drill o half-hole to take space and using a screwdriver I dispel the 2 plates marked as "S2" in the photo.

@Solla-topee ,

I don't know if all C200's are similar in terms of the fixing base,
but I think you never did this operation!
When you do it, you will need something similar to this:
