Hi,

I have 6 HS100 plugs four of which are working happily on  a  sky router that I've just change to. two of the plugs will only connect as local only and will not accept a schedule. I have removed them from the Kasa app on my iPhone, factory reset, but to know avail.

Good day,

Could you please help me check the following information:

1. Would there be any remote control option on these two HS100s?

--if yes, are you able to turn it on? Or would there be any error message when turning it on?

2.How long have you had the two HS100s and when did this issue start?

3.Are you able to turn off the firewall on the home router and change the DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 to have a look?

4.By the way, what is the model number of the home router?
