Tapo C200, send invitation, guest cannot talk
Hi.
I installed camera ok, associated to 1 tp-link account.
I invited my wife to the cammera. She acepted. Is added. But she only can view it, not moving, not talking to camera. It says not permission. I cannot find the place to give permission ir posiible.
We want give permission to 5 people or more.

Currently, the shared account only has the live-view permission.
And for the rest of the features, it is still not supported yet.
We would report to the senior engineers for further evaluation.

@TP-Link hi, the downside is the invitees can't do anything with the camera control and that's a NO,NO.
Please, please let the invitees get control of the cameras. Please update the software asap. I bought 04 of these C200 cameras.
I think its useless if invitees can't control it.
Before this i bought a even cheaper china brand security camera and it ALLOWS the invitees to control the camera.
I hope you understand what i meant.

@Shah22 Hello,
Currently shared account only can only access live view and playback, but tapo app allows to login the same TP-Link account on different phones.
If the second phone need the full permissions of camera, you could log in admin account using same email address and password on a second phone.
